1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Yueo (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By registering an account, signing in, browsing, creating bookings, managing a shop, or using any Platform feature,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Nature of Services & Roles
The Platform provides a booking information system and management tools for shops to manage services, time slots, notifications, and orders. Shops are the actual service providers
and are solely responsible for service content, pricing, fulfillment, refunds, cancellation policies, and consumer disputes. The Platform does not intervene in the physical fulfillment between shops and consumers.
3. Account Registration & Security
You shall provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information and properly safeguard your account, password, and login credentials. You shall not impersonate another person
or assist any third party in gaining unauthorized access to the Platform. If you discover account compromise, abnormal login activity, or suspected abuse, you should notify the Platform immediately.
4. Booking Process & Notifications
Whether a booking is confirmed, requires review, or can be rescheduled or cancelled depends on the shop's settings and announcements. The Platform sends status updates via in-app notifications, Email, or LINE push messages,
but notifications may be delayed due to third-party communication services or network factors. Please refer to the actual status displayed on the system page.
5. Fees, Payment & Refunds
Consumer-side fees and refund policies are established and disclosed by individual shops. If a shop uses a paid Platform plan,
it shall comply with the plan details, restrictions, and rates published by the Platform. Overdue or non-compliant usage may result in feature restrictions or service suspension.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not engage in any conduct that compromises system security or infringes upon the rights of others, including but not limited to: unauthorized access, malicious vulnerability testing, bulk scraping,
notification spamming, dissemination of false content, intellectual property infringement, uploading illegal content, or circumventing plan restrictions.
7. Service Availability & Interruptions
The Platform may suspend or restrict certain services for maintenance, updates, security protection, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.
The Platform will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or service that meets all individual requirements.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
If you violate these Terms, pose an abnormal risk, infringe upon the rights of others, or raise legal concerns, the Platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and service access
and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform's software, interfaces, designs, documentation, and brand identifiers are the property of Yueo or its licensors unless otherwise noted.
No unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services.
If liability is imposed by law, it shall be limited to the actual fees you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the dispute (if applicable).
11. Amendments
The Platform may amend these Terms as required by law, operations, or product needs. Updated versions published on this page shall take effect immediately. Where necessary, significant changes will be communicated via system notifications.
Your continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the services shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance.
