The Platform's website, system interfaces, source code, data structures, copy, images, visual designs, layouts, and brand identity (including "Yueo") are protected by copyright law and related intellectual property laws. All rights belong to Yueo or its duly authorized rights holders.

Unless expressly permitted by law or prior written authorization is obtained, no person may reproduce, distribute, publicly transmit, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Platform's content and systems. Non-commercial citations must still attribute the source and must not distort the original meaning.

The "Yueo" name, logotype, and related brand elements are brand assets. Without written consent, they may not be used in advertising, marketing, domain names, social media accounts, application names, or any other purposes that may cause confusion.

Content uploaded or entered by shops and users (such as shop descriptions, service details, and notes) remains the property of the respective content provider in principle. You agree to grant the Platform a license to store, display, transmit, and back up such content to the extent necessary for providing its services.

The Platform may use third-party open-source components, fonts, and services. The associated copyrights, trademarks, and license terms remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used in accordance with their license terms.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes upon your rights, please contact us at support@yueo.io and provide the following: identification of the rights holder, URL/screenshot of the allegedly infringing content, proof of rights, specific claims, and contact information. The Platform will review the matter and take necessary measures within a reasonable period.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, remove, or restrict access to related content at any time to comply with legal, contractual, or operational requirements. Any rights not expressly granted in this notice are reserved by the Platform or the respective rights holders.
