Yueo SaaS Subscription Plans

All plans include the same features, differing only by capacity (shops, booking limits).

Rules Summary
  • 14-day Free Trial: Core booking and management features included (online payment not available during trial). Limited to 1 shop and 200 bookings/month. Account will be suspended (no new bookings) if payment is not made by the end of the trial.
  • Monthly booking period: From the 1st 00:00:00 to the last day 23:59:59 of each month. Resets automatically every month.
  • Bookings count toward quota upon creation. Cancellations do not refund quota. Rescheduling does not affect the count. Duplicate bookings count as new entries.
  • A warning is displayed and notifications are sent when usage reaches 80%. New bookings are blocked when the limit is reached.
  • Both monthly and annual plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal. No pro-rata refunds for mid-term cancellations.
  • Same-plan renewal: extends from the current expiry date without service interruption.
  • Plan upgrade: requires full payment of the new plan (no prorated credit). The new plan starts from the payment date; remaining days on the old plan are not refunded.

Purchase Terms (click to view)
  1. Terms of Service: By purchasing, you agree to Yueo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  2. Plan Billing: Both monthly and annual plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal; no pro-rata refunds for mid-term cancellations. Same-plan renewal extends from expiry; upgrades require full payment (no prorated credit) and start from the payment date.
  3. Payment Processing (Taiwan shops only): After enabling online payments, the transaction fee is 2.8% per transaction, rounded up to the nearest integer.
  4. Settlement & Remittance: Transactions are settled on the 25th of each month. Reconciliation statements and fee invoices are provided by the 5th of the following month. Remittance is made by the 15th of the following month.
  5. Remittance Fee: A handling fee of NT$15 (~US$0.50) is deducted from each remittance.
  6. Invoices: Invoices for customer online payments are issued by the service provider. Platform subscription invoices are issued by Yueo.
