Rules Summary
  • 14-day Free Trial: Core booking and management features included (online payment not available during trial). Limited to 1 shop and 200 bookings/month. Account will be suspended (no new bookings) if payment is not made by the end of the trial.
  • Monthly booking period: From the 1st 00:00:00 to the last day 23:59:59 of each month. Resets automatically every month.
  • Bookings count toward quota upon creation. Cancellations do not refund quota. Rescheduling does not affect the count. Duplicate bookings count as new entries.
  • A warning is displayed and notifications are sent when usage reaches 80%. New bookings are blocked when the limit is reached.
  • Both monthly and annual plans are one-time payments with no auto-renewal. No pro-rata refunds for mid-term cancellations.
  • Same-plan renewal: extends from the current expiry date without service interruption.
  • Plan upgrade: requires full payment of the new plan (no prorated credit). The new plan starts from the payment date; remaining days on the old plan are not refunded.
