Business Hours & Limits
Payment Settings
Payment activation is managed by platform administrators. Once enabled, you can set refund policies and service payment rules.
Payment services are available for Taiwan-based shops only.
Transaction fee: 2.8% per transaction (rounded up to the nearest integer).
Settlement: Settled on the 25th of each month. Reconciliation statements and fee invoices provided by the 5th of the following month. Remittance by the 15th (NT$15 handling fee deducted).
Invoices: Invoices for customer online payments are issued by the shop.

Resource Management (Service Providers / Workstations)
Each resource represents a service provider or workstation; multiple resources can accept bookings simultaneously.
View schedule & booking rules
Schedule Rules
• Resource with no schedule → available for all business hours
• Resource with a schedule set → only available during scheduled hours
• Day marked as "Closed" → no bookings accepted that day
• "Exception date" added → blocked for the entire day
Booking Conditions
• Shop must have business hours configured for customers to see available slots
• If the shop has no resources at all, the system uses simple mode (one booking per time slot)
• If all resources are fully booked, the time slot shows as unavailable
• If a daily cap is set, no more bookings are accepted once the cap is reached

Staff Account Management
View Role Permission Details
Owner: Full permissions, including purchasing and upgrading plans
Manager: Manage shop settings, services, resources, bookings, refunds, accounts (cannot purchase plans)
Staff: Can only view and manage bookings
